The Moon is Round – Virtual Appreciation Event

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our ‘Moon is Round’
National Parent-Child Mother Goose Program virtual appreciation event,
that was held this past weekend on February 26, 2022.
We were honoured to have nearly 50 guests join in celebrating the National P-CMG history,
contributions, and milestones over the past 20 years. We look forward to the next 20 years of national success and growth, and thank each and every person who has contributed in some way to our program, and thereby made a positive impact in the lives of families across Canada.

Welcome Carol and Chantal, our new Co-Chairs of the Parent-Child Mother Goose Program

Carol and Chantal have been involved with the Parent-Child Mother Goose Program in Newfoundland and Labrador for close to 20 years. They were introduced to this wonderful program when their children were young, having attended as participants for many years they then became facilitators and trainers themselves. Working closely with the NL Department of Education Carol and Chantal help families stay connected through the running of both in-person and virtual programs, as well as their travels around the province to train and support other facilitators to run programs.

Carol and Chantal became members of the National Council in January of 2021 and are now thrilled to take on their new roles as co-chairs of the council. They are looking forward to working with the dedicated members of our National Council to help keep our Parent-Child Mother Goose family connected from coast to coast.
